General Shipping

Provided the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1-7 working days, but more often than not we will try and dispatch the next working day after your purchase.  If your order is needed urgently please get in touch via email info@eldoncashmere.co.uk to discuss the options available to you.

Shipping within the UK

Free on all orders £200 and over, £4.99 on all orders £199 or less.

Shipping to EUROPE

We will send via Royal Mail Post Office signed and tracked is approximately £14.99 and are usually delivered within 5 and 14 business days

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to his local custom policies and governmental laws. We are not responsible for them.  If you wish to have goods sent via DHL for 2-5 service please contact us.  This is normally around £37!! 

Shipping to USA & CANADA

All shipments are handled by DHL and currently costs £31.50. All items are tracked.

All orders are usually delivered between 5 and 14 business days.

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to his local custom policies and governmental laws.

If we find the cost of delivery to be less than the amount paid, we will refund the difference to you.

Shipping to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & ASIA

All shipments are handled by DHL and currently costs £42. All items are tracked.

All orders are usually delivered between 5 and 14 business days.
