Change General Shipping

Provided the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days, but more often than not we will try and dispatch the next working day after your purchase.  If your order is needed urgently please get in touch via email info@eldoncashmere.co.uk to discuss the options available to you.

Shipping within the UK

Shipping is free on all orders £200 and over, and £4.99 on all orders £199 or less.

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, for delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping to EUROPE

Orders BELOW €150 (EU only)

As of 14th November 2024, we are now registered with the IOSS scheme. On EU orders below €150, all duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout and you will not have any further customs fees to pay.  This also includes the €3 additional charge per HS code for an item.

Orders ABOVE €150 and non-EU orders

However, if your order is above €150 or to a non-EU destination, your country's customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes on import, which are NOT covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws - Eldon Cashmere is not responsible for these additional fees.

Standard (Royal Mail Internetaional Tracked) Usually 7-14 business days - can be longer closer to Christmas.

Express DHL - €25.00 Usually takes 2-3 days

Shipping to USA & CANADA

Standard (Royal Mail Internetaional Tracked) Usually 7-14 business days -  US$10.00

Express DHL - €20 Usually takes 2-3 days

ALL US Tarriffs are included in the price at Checkout.  If there are local state taxes to be paid these are not included in the checkout price.  Each customer shall pay any local state taxes.

Shipping to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND

Standard (Royal Mail Internetaional Tracked) Usually 7-14 business days -  AUD $15.00

Express DHL - €50 Usually takes 2-3 days

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws.
