General Shipping

Provided the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days, but more often than not we will try and dispatch the next working day after your purchase.  If your order is needed urgently please get in touch via email info@eldoncashmere.co.uk to discuss the options available to you.

Shipping within the UK

Shipping is free on all orders £200 and over, and £4.99 on all orders £199 or less.

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, for delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping to EUROPE

Orders BELOW €150 (EU only)

As of 14th November 2024, we are now registered with the IOSS scheme. On EU orders below €150, all duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout and you will not have any further customs fees to pay.

Orders ABOVE €150 and non-EU orders

However, if your order is above €150 or to a non-EU destination, your country's customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes on import, which are NOT covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws - Eldon Cashmere is not responsible for these additional fees.

Shipping

Royal Mail Shipping is €12.00* on all orders.Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service, for delivery usually within 5-14 business days.

Express Delivery is €25.00* Usually by DHL.

Shipping to USA & CANADA

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed & Tracked (US$10.00*), for delivery usually within 7-14 business days, or UPS (USD$20*), for delivery usually within 3-5 business days.

US and Canadian tarriffs are Incuded in the price, and you do not need to pay when recevieiving the goods.  What you pay at checkout is the final price - however if additional Local State taxes are payable they are NOT covered inside our prices and if they are payable you will need to pay them on receipt of the goods.

Shipping to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed & Tracked (AUD$15.00*), for delivery usually within 7-14 business days, or DHL Express (AUD$50.00*), for delivery usually within 3-7 business days.

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws.
