General Shipping

Provided the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 1-7 working days, but more often than not we will try and dispatch the next working day after your purchase.  If your order is needed urgently please get in touch via email info@eldoncashmere.co.uk to discuss the options available to you.

United Kingdom

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

International - Standard

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked International postal service.

• US & Canada: Friday 12th December - 12pm
• Europe: Monday 15th December - 12pm
• Rest of World: Friday 12th December - 12pm

International - Express

Orders are sent using DHL or UPS, depending on the destination.

• US & Canada: Wednesday 17th December - 12pm
• Europe: Wednesday 17th December - 12pm
• Rest of World: Wednesday 17th December - 12pm

Shipping within the UK

Shipping is free on all orders £200 and over, and £4.99 on all orders £199 or less.

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, for delivery in 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Shipping to EUROPE

Orders BELOW €150 (EU only)

As of 14th November 2024, we are now registered with the IOSS scheme. On EU orders below €150, all duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout and you will not have any further customs fees to pay.

Orders ABOVE €150 and non-EU orders

However, if your order is above €150 or to a non-EU destination, your country's customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes on import, which are NOT covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws - Eldon Cashmere is not responsible for these additional fees.

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service, for delivery usually within 5-14 business days.

Shipping to USA & CANADA

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed & Tracked ($15.00*), for delivery usually within 7-14 business days, or UPS ($55.00*), for delivery usually within 3-5 business days.

Your customs may charge additional import duties or local taxes which are not covered inside our prices. Each customer shall pay the local taxes or import duties corresponding to their local custom policies and governmental laws.

If we find the cost of delivery to be less than the amount paid, we will refund the difference to you.

Shipping to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & ASIA
